Here are a few quotes that have resonated with me lately so I wanted to share.  I actually found the 1st one in the Drafts section of my work email.  Sometimes I'll just throw things in my Drafts so I don't lose track of it and it was a happy surprise when I found it yesterday.  I came across the 2nd quote on Facebook via a person in the fitness industry I follow.
